Placing Your First Order
Placing an order at MenInStyle.eu is easy. You create an account first. After you validate it you can you use the login information you provided and browse our catalogue, chose your favorite products and add them to your shopping card.
Finding Products
Our website is designed to be as easy as they can come. Tabs provide the categories of products. For your convenience you can filter based on your size and/or type of collar. When you find an item that interests you, you can click it for more details on the product information page. Here you can choose your size and add the product to your shopping card, wishlist or add it to the special "3 for"- shopping bag. A history of products viewed is kept so you can easily browse through all product pages of previously visited products. If your size is not availible, you may subscribe to our newsletter based on your size, so we can inform you when we expect new items in your size.
Using the "3 for"- Shopping bag
We provide a special price for anyone who wishes to buy 3 shirts. On average you will receive a 25% discount on each shirt including the lower shipping costs:
Step 1: The best way is to first filter the shirts based on your size.
Step 2: Then double click the yellow star with each shirt or the "Add to 3 for" -
button.
Step 3: When you choose the 3 shirts you can go to the special checkout and
follow the standard check out procedure.
Add Items to your Shopping Bag
If you want to purchase a product, click the "Add to Bag" button located on the lower-left side of the product information page. Use the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your shopping bag contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking the Shopping Bag icon at the top of every page of our store. Keep in mind that your Shopping Bag isn't permanent. If you put things in your bag and leave the site, your bag will be emptied and the items will be put back on the shelves.
Checking Out
Before checking out, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Bag. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, use the checkbox in front of the item and click the "remove" button. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Bag, go to the check out and following the easy 6 steps that will guide you through the order process:
1. Select your shipping address:
- The address you provided with your account is the default shipping address.
- You can change the shipping address for this shipment here.
2. Select your shipping method
- The country you provided in your shipping address is the country that will be
used to calculate your shipping costs.
3. Invoice address
- The address provided with your account is the default invoice addres.
- You can change the invoice address for this shipment.
4. Payment method - Currently we support:
- Wire transfers (Our bankaccount detailinformation will be provided to you at
order confirmation). After we receive your payment, the goods will be shipped
to your address.
- PayPal: this is one of the most widely used and save payment methods.
Connected credit cards are: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JCB.
PayPal payments work with an email address. If you don't have a PayPal
account yet, please take the time to apply for one online. Go to the PayPal
customer registration page here.
- iDeal: Payment through your online bank account only available in the
Netherlands.
5. Order confirmation
- In step 5 you will receive a complete overview of all information you provided
- Please read careful whether you filled out everything to your satisfaction.
- If you agree, you can confirm your order which will then inmediatly be
processed.
6. Confirm
- The last steps confirms your order and payment was processed well. If you
receive an error follow the instructions on the screen.
- You will receive a confirmation of your order by email on the email address
belonging to your account.
If you are not sure or you wish to change anything, you can browse backwards with the button "previous" or by using your browsers back button.
I forgot my password, what is it?
Click here to receive a new password. Out of security reasons and for protection of your personal data, we encrypt all passwords. That means that we can not send you the old password. In stead, leave your emailaddress and birthdate from your account here and we will send you a new password.
